Orders take around 25-30 business days from purchase to delivery and we ship within 3-5 business days.
International orders may take slightly longer. They may take 30-35 business days to be delivered and we ship within same 4-6 business days.

Shipping cost:
Orders over $65 will have free shipping.
Orders under $65 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
Warehouses:
Due to limited supply, most of our packages are coming from our International Warehouses.
Normal circumstances would place these conditions at more likely. COVID updates have been added above.
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped
depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse: 2-5 Business days.
Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse: 5 - 20 Business
days.
Average transit times to International: 15 - 45 Business days.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that
may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be
circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not
guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping
company.
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.
Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our
product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

Due to the limited nature of the items we offer exchanges only and no refunds. Our return to exchange policy
lasts until 7 days after the item is marked as delivered for damage or faulty goods. If you are
unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at
support@bpouched.com and we will be able to assist you. For any items being returned to us,
you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us unless the reason for return is
our error. In the case that the return is in our error, we would cover the cost of the shipping return and we would love to make it right with you.
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@bpouched.com ASAP with the Subject line in the email titled "URGENT - CANCEL REQUEST". Prior to your order shipping, you are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 12 hours after
creating it for the cancellation request to be processed.

If the item has already shipped, we cannot cancel the shipment. However, if you are within the 12 hour window of a cancellation, please email us at support@bpouched.com with "CANCEL REQUEST - SHIPPED" in the subject line with the circumstances as to why you were cancelling as well as the information listed in the provide in email section above, and we will do our best to work with you.
